General Support
For general support to respond quickly and effectively to refugee crises throughout the world. This grant will enable the International Rescue Committee to deploy Emergency Response Teams in crisis situations to assess conditions and identify immediate survival needs; deploy logisticians to assess the in-country and regional options for delivering food, shelter, water and other commodities to needy populations; and prepare for on-going country or regional programs to include a specially designed emergency component.
