Public Policy Education Project

To support the production and distribution of two public policy publications that will educate public charities and foundations on the important role legally permitted lobbying can play in achieving their missions. The first publication, written in consultation with the Internal Revenue Service, explains recent legal changes affecting grassroots and direct lobbying. The second publication will address the larger impact foundations may have if they fund organizations that advocate for change in the public policy arena.
