Caroline Williams

Caroline Williams rejoined the Nathan Cummings Foundation as Executive Vice
President effective July 1, 2010. She previously served as Chief Financial and
Investment Officer of the Foundation from 2001 to 2005 and continued in a consulting
role on the Foundation's Shareholder Activities program through 2007.

Caroline has 20 years of experience as an investment banker and over 15 years of
experience dealing with financial issues in the non-profit sector. She has regularly
served on boards of both public and private companies. She has also been active in
the non-profit sector as a consultant and a board member, including serving on the
steering committee and initial board of the United Nation's Principles for Responsible
Investment.

Caroline graduated from Vassar College with a degree in Economics. After leaving
investment banking and turning her attention more to the non-profit sector she received
an M.S. degree in Nonprofit Management from the Graduate School of Management and
Urban Policy, The New School for Social Research, New York.
