Corporate Accountability Campaign Proposal

To support the Corporate Accountability Campaign Proposal to publicize, implement, and advance the new protections of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 afforded to private sector employees of publicly-traded companies who expose fraud, environmental threats, public health dangers and most matters of wrongdoing. The Corporate Accountability Campaign will accomplish this goal by carrying out a targeted education campaign to explain the opportunities the new law provides for holding corporations accountable to the public. It will investigate substantive allegations of wrongdoing exposed by corporate whistleblowers and litigate when whistleblowers are the subject of reprisals.
